About Our Friends
University of Toronto Hong Kong Students' Union (UTHKSU)
The University of Toronto Hong Kong Students' Union (UTHKSU) is a newly established Hong Kong student alliance at the University of Toronto, founded in 2015. Emerging from three Hong Kong students' associations from each respective campus at the University of Toronto (St. George, Mississauga, Scarborough), UTHKSU is proud to be the largest and most representative Hong Kong student group at the University of Toronto. This is a milestone for the Hong Kong student community both in Toronto and Ontario.
Being the largest Hong Kong student union in UofT, our mission is to advocate Hong Kong spirit and culture. More importantly, our establishment marks the unity amongst the three campuses at UofT. We aim to create opportunities for students from different campuses to connect with each other, and hence building a true Hong Kong student community.

University of Toronto Scarborough Campus Chinese Club (Scarborough)
The University of Toronto Scarborough Campus Chinese Club (SCCC) was founded in 1994 as a non-profit student-run organization. Being the largest Asian association at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, we continue to serve a member base of over 600 people consisting students, alumni and faculty members. SCCC is dedicated in providing an enriched university experience and peer-support to our members by a wide range of academic, voluntary and extracurricular activities.
SCCC celebrate the beginning of the year by an Orientation Night in September, followed by a series of events once every month, including but not limited to career seminars, social activities, cultural events, U-Idol singing contest, annual banquet and ski trip. Additionally, we publish our own magazine "SC^3 MAG" bi-monthly featuring current topics interested by our student members. Through our events, publications, cultural awareness initiative as well as voluntary opportunities, SCCC is able to serve as a bridge to fill the gap between members and the general public community.
